You put a card in to start, and nothing is taken for seven days. On day seven the first payment goes through. Cancel before then and you pay nothing at all.
We are telling you this here rather than in the small print. A charge you did not see coming is the wrong thing to do to someone using this.

Payments run through Stripe. We never see your card number, and your statement shows a neutral name rather than anything about what this is for.
If it did not help, take the money back.
For 30 days after a payment, email us and we refund it. You do not have to explain, you do not have to prove you used it, and nobody will ask you to stay. This is the thing people spend money on when they are not doing well, and it should be the easiest money in the world to get back.

The questions worth answering up front.
- What happens on day seven?
- The first payment comes out, and it is the first money we take from you. Nothing is taken during the seven days. If you cancel before day seven you are not charged at all, and you keep access until the trial runs out.
- Why do you need a card for a free trial?
- Every trial costs us real money to run, and a trial that costs nothing to start is a trial people open twenty accounts for. Taking a card is what keeps the free week open to everyone who genuinely wants it. It is one trial per person.
- How do I cancel?
- Two clicks from inside the app, through Stripe's own billing page, at any hour. There is no form, no email to write and nobody who will try to talk you out of it.
- What if I pay and it does not help?
- Email us within 30 days of a payment and we refund it. No questions and no reason needed. If this is not the thing that helps you, we would rather you spent the money on something that does.
- What shows up on my statement?
- A neutral name that does not say what this is for. Same with anything we email you. A card statement and an inbox are both things other people in your house can see.
- Is any of this free?
- The clinical guidance the lessons are built on is free to read, and always will be, whether or not you ever pay us anything.
